I went there for a rotator cuff injury and the employee taking care of me got injured. Every-time I went there it was always someone new who would do new/different exercises that were not relevant to my case. My recovery has been impeded by this and I know need to find a new physical therapist to continue with my care. I spoke with the supervisor there who was of no help and unprofessional. I will be calling my health insurance company about this because I did not receive sufficient care and was often neglected. If I can I would not even give them one star. That is how bad this physical therapy office is.

I had a good experience. I walked in & was greeted right away. The woman behind the desk was very nice. I was called back & I let her know right away how nervous I was & didn't know what to expect. I never had a CT scan before. Lisa went way out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She was a godsend. Thank you Lisa for all you do. Thank you for going the extra mile. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the long wait in the waiting room.

The receptionist is pleasant. But service is slow. Two people were waiting when I came in. Two more has come behind me. Still no one has been called. Yet they ask you to arrive 30 minutes early, for what, to sit and wait. There's no way they are sanitizing these chairs, they are fabric. It's too many people waiting considering we're supposed to be social distancing. I knew this wasn't a good location after reading reviews but I needed test done asap and this was the location with earliest appointment. Jesus be with me🙏🏽 Omg one of the techs just walked a lady next door. She came in and didn't even sanitize. Very uncomfortable. I would not suggest this location.

I had a great experience! The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and professional. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I didn't have to wait long to be called back. I'm always nervous whenever I have to have any kind of testing done and Lisa, the ultrasound tech, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was very thorough and took the time to make sure that she had gotten a decent view of my insides. I could tell that she really cared about doing an exceptional job. Hopefully I won't have to have any more testing done, but if I do, I'm coming here.

Felt like staff was new at their jobs and not trained properly they had taken two customers that came in after me before me for the same work that I was getting blood test when I first came in I felt like the little black girl was being racist but didn't think much of it until they skipped over me twice on purpose. When I asked to c the list and they would not show it to me. They gave me an easy option they told me I had to wait all over again or I would have to leave. So I left. No wonder y they have a real low rating.
